Payment: Please be prepared to pay at the time of service with cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express. Insurance generally does not cover homeopathy, but payment receipts are eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), flex spending accounts (FSAs), or workplace pretax medical accounts.

Cancellation policy: Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients will be charged the full follow-up consultation fee ($95) for missing a second or subsequent appointment without notice.
